Reporting Platform and Procedure for Reporting Misconduct, Irregularities and Violations
Any reports that the Reporting Person becomes aware of within the work context may be submitted through the “Whistlelink” platform, available at the following link:

Through the same platform it is also possible to submit oral reports via a recorded messaging system.
The report is handled by the EngiNe Reporting Committee, composed of Management and the Human Resources Manager, which will manage the progress of the report within the platform itself, ensuring the confidentiality of the information and the protection of the Reporting Person.
Alternatively, the Reporting Person may request a direct meeting in order to submit the report in person. The request for a direct meeting must always be made through the “Whistlelink” platform, and the meeting must take place within 15 days from the submission of the request, except in exceptional circumstances.
If the Reporting Person is unable to submit a report through the link above, they may contact the Reporting Committee through internally defined channels in order to receive support for submitting the report through the Whistlelink platform.
